  • Use your good judgment and common sense when making things right.
  • Anticipate customer needs. Be empathetic-remember your own experiences as a customer.

  • Learn how to describe our services. Our customers expect us to be experts in our field.
  • It’s okay to not always know the answer. When you don’t know find out.
